About the Role : We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing SAAS sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
Research and identify potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and market researchAttend and lead presence at regional tradeshows / expositionsConduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified leadsQualify inbound leads and determine their fit for our solutionsSchedule and conduct discovery calls and product demonstrationsMaintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM systemCollaborate with sales team to develop targeted outreach strategiesMeet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings setStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updatesRequirements :
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Self-motivated with a results-driven approachAbility to handle rejection and maintain persistenceWillingness to travel within territory (up to 70%)Preferred Qualifications :
Previous BDR or SDR experience in B2B salesFamiliarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)Understanding of consultative selling techniquesBENEFITS
