eClosings Moderator

A company is looking for an eClosings Moderator who will coordinate and facilitate all aspects of preparing and finalizing eClosings.

Key Responsibilities

Process closing documents for hybrid eSignings and prepare full RON packages for closing appointments

Maintain client relationships and provide technical support during the eClosing process

Work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and achieve team goals with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry preferred

eClosing experience and notary commission are a plus

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
