Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain)
Life & Health License (Must be able to obtain)
Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
Sales Experience Preferred
Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
Self-Motivated
Experience in Marketing
Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals

Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts

Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Hours : Monday-Friday 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM located in Oakdale, MN

Compensation : $58,000-$106,000 Per Year

As for Matt, he is a Minnesota native, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with degrees in Quantitative Economics and Latin language and literature. He is married to his beautiful wife Matty and enjoys sports and spending time with family in his free time. Matt and Matty have a son named Graham and a Golden Retriever named Boomer. Matt is also kind of a data freak he is fascinated by numbers and statistics, and he is always looking for ways he can use his analytical skills to help our customers.
