The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care on the oncology inpatient unit. Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager / Clinical Coordinator, the RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising individual patient care according to established unit policies and procedures. You will also supervise non-RN staff and take on charge responsibilities when required, ensuring high-quality service at all times.

Qualifications
Education :
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred. Proficient in electronic patient records and able to utilize internet resources for patient care literature.

Licensure :
Valid State of Connecticut Registered Nurse License.
