A company is looking for a Director, Audit Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of audit plans for various products and programs with a focus on regulatory compliance

Develop collaborative relationships with management and present updates to external regulators and auditors

Oversee the audit lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery while managing staff performance and capacity

Required Qualifications

10+ years of auditing experience in publicly owned financial services, with 5+ years in a managerial role

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required

In-depth knowledge of audit practices, internal controls, and compliance

Experience with data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Certification in relevant fields (e.g., CRCM, CPA, CIA) required within 12 months of joining
