Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a Customer Support role at a startup or SaaS company
Strong sense of urgency and accountability in ticket ownership
Exceptional troubleshooting skills and proactive investigation
Experience with support tools, specifically Intercom
Access to reliable internet and proficiency with G Suite, Zoom, and Slack
