Manager Debt Capital Markets

A company is looking for a Manager of Debt Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating corporate and property-level financing options and prepare analysis for debt strategy discussions

Contribute to the preparation of materials for financings, refinancings, and assist in modeling and due diligence for transactions

Track and report loan covenants, maintain relationships with lenders, and provide analytical support on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience as an Associate or Senior Associate in Structured Debt or Capital Markets at a major bank

Strong understanding of capital formation, debt management, and treasury operations

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively

Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis

Knowledge of real estate finance and capital markets trends
