Data Governance Specialist

Core4ce is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support development and execution of data governance frameworks for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Data Governance program. The ideal candidate will define stewardship models, data quality rules, and governance processes, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure governance practices are effectively implemented and sustained.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience indata governance, data management, or metadata programssupporting Federal IT environments
• Ability to obtain andmaintainaPublic Trust or DoD Secret clearance
• Demonstrated experience defining and implementing data stewardship, ownership, and accountability models
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts, including completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
• Experience working with enterprise data inventories, catalogs, or metadata repositories
• Ability to operateinsecure, RMF-governed environments
• Experience supporting Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfalldelivery models
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supportingDepartment of Defense (DoD)programs
• Defense Health Agency (DHA)or health IT experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise data governance frameworks or operating models
• Familiarity with fixed-price, milestone-basedFederal contracts
• Experience operatingwithinISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001process environments
