[job_card.job_description]8+ years of IT Project Management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projects . Strong project planning skills with tools such as MS Project, MS Office, Jira , etc. Experience with IT system implementations and integrations . Hands-on experience with SDLC and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.). Experience preparing and delivering presentations to Executive Leadership . Ability to facilitate cross-functional and inter-departmental communication . Ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution. Strong influencing skills to drive teams towards common goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management , and prioritization skills. Analytical, with solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Project. Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools experience. Jira experience is required. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering , or related field with an IT focus. PMP certification (active or in progress) preferred. MBA is a plus. Strong leadership, with the ability to lead teams and drive outcomes . Effective team player who can also work independently with limited supervision. High attention to detail with strong follow-through . Highly motivated and self-directed , able to align day-to-day activities with long-term vision.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support our client in Atlanta, GA. The IT Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent projects, focusing on scope, timelines, budget, risk / issue management, and stakeholder communication, following the clients project management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scope, requirements, timeline, cost, quality, resources, communications and integration across multiple projects.
- Identify and manage risks and issues , and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Lead project meetings for status reporting, scheduling, requirements, resource assignments, and deliverables .
- Maintain project documentation , track activities, and ensure effective team communications.
- Prepare project reports and dashboards for management.
- Build and maintain the project repository .
- Develop and review project status with the team and create weekly status reports .
- Manage outsourced / off-site vendors and teams , including ongoing vendor engagement.
- Develop and publish project communications to teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on processes, standards, and deliverables to the project team.
- Lead project teams in strategic meetings and document / track follow-up actions and meeting notes.
