A company is looking for a Founding Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting and develop a talent brand.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across various roles including Engineering, GTM, and G&A
Build a repeatable, data-driven hiring engine and develop the company's talent brand
Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth startups
Proven ability to hire for technical and GTM roles with high talent standards
Experience building and operating early-stage recruiting systems from scratch
Strong sourcing abilities, particularly outbound, with excellent storytelling skills
Experience in Web3 or Crypto Native companies is a bonus
