PCA is hiring immediately for experienced 12 volt car audio technicians and sales personnel.

We opened our new facility in Riverview Florida in October and we're busy offering a wide range of services and products including remote start from Compustar and Viper, audio upgrades from Alpine, Memphis and Pioneer. We're an Authorized 3M Pro Shop Dealer for window tint, ceramic coating, and PPF.

We have a full design and production department offering vehicle wraps and graphics for commercial / fleet and custom applications.

If you would like to work for a shop where you will continue to expand your skill set, this is the job for you! We have product and parts in stock, and ready to use, making your job as streamlined as possible. Breakroom to 'get away' from the action for lunches, and a nice waiting room to keep customers as ease while you work in peace.

Must have previous retail installation / store experience.

Drug and drama free

Reliable form of transportation

Must have your own tool set

5 Day work week, including Saturdays

Base pay, plus bonus and commission depending on experience.

  • What kind of car audio projects do you enjoy most — stealth OEM upgrades, show builds, SPL, or sound quality systems?
  • How do you stay updated on new products, installation methods, and vehicle technology?

  • How many years of retail experience do you have installing car audio systems, and what brands or types of systems have you worked with most?
  • Can you walk me through a complex installation you've done — like a full custom system or DSP tuning — and what challenges you faced
  • Are you experienced with modern vehicle integration — like CAN bus systems, OEM retention, and active noise cancellation bypasses?
  • What tools and techniques do you use to measure and tune sound quality (e.g., RTA, oscilloscope, DSP software)
