Position Summary : The Strategy, Plans, Exercises, and Policy Support Services (STO) position supports USCENTCOM in integrating and synchronizing DoD military activities with U.S. Government (USG) strategy. The role involves developing inputs for strategies, campaign plans, and operational concepts, translating strategic objectives into coordinated activities and operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with DoD components, USG agencies, allies, coalition members, and regional partners to ensure alignment with USCENTCOM’s theater-level campaign efforts and long-term planning initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

• TS / SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience directly involved in STO at a Joint or Geographical Combatant Command Headquarters.
• Experience planning, synchronizing and assessing STO requirements within full-spectrum IO operations.
• Experience with developing and integrating STO requirements within campaign strategy, plans, and orders.
• Completed the STO Planner’s course and Planning and Decision Aid System (PDAS) Users course.
• Effective understanding and use of the English language, to include clear, effective, and grammatically correct oral and written communication.
