We are seeking an Experienced Hospice LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for working with the DON in Office Mon-Fri. If a patient needs to be seen you will attend to the patients needs and will get paid to do a visit as well.
Responsibilities :
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications :
Job Qualifications :
Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational / Practical Nursing. Licensure : State license as a Licensed Vocational / Practical nurse, or a multi-state license issued by a member of the National Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Current driver’s license. Experience : Two year experience as a Licensed Vocational / Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting, Hospice experience, preferred. Skills : Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. Transportation : Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
Pay : $50,000.00 Per year
Plus Visit pay as well
