Description
ESC is seeking two Property Accountants to support financial operations across our premier client's multifamily, commercial, and association property portfolio. Both openings are hybrid roles -working 3 days per week onsite in Kenosha-and begin as temporary assignments with the potential for permanent conversion. We are hiring for two similar roles , with the key difference outlined below :
OPENING #1 - Property Accountant (RealPage Required)
This position requires strong, hands-on experience with RealPage accounting software . Candidates must be comfortable navigating RealPage and leveraging its reporting, general ledger, and property management accounting functionalities.
OPENING #2 - Property Accountant (RealPage Not Required)
RealPage experience is preferred but NOT required for this opening. Candidates with solid property accounting experience using other platforms (Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, etc.) are encouraged to apply. Training on RealPage can be provided.
Role Summary (Applies to Both Openings)
The Property Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, safeguarding company assets, and supporting department leadership through timely analysis and reconciliation work. This role involves full-cycle property accounting, reporting, tax preparation, and continuous process improvement across assigned properties.
