  • Strong Hospital Partnership : Join a physician-led team with access to on-site imaging (DEXA, CT, MRI), lab, and a collaborative network including Upstate and University of Rochester specialists
  • Generous Financial Package : $325,000 guaranteed base plus wRVU incentives for total compensation over $400,000, plus a $25K-$50K medical directorship stipend, signing bonus, relocation, and eligibility for up to $60,000 in DANY loan forgiveness
  • Comprehensive Benefits : Includes malpractice with tail, full health coverage, 4 weeks PTO, 7 holidays, CME allowance, and a 403b plan with 5% employer match

Candidate Requirement

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Rheumatology (MD or DO)
  • Open to American or international graduates (H1B & J1 visas supported)
  • Interest in long-term practice building and delivering patient-centered care
