[job_card.job_description]Maintain and evolve cost-per-device models to support forecasting and budgeting tied to capital device implementation and FDA remediation efforts. Lead revenue recognition by integrating field and operational data into financial workflows. Partner with field service, scheduling, enablement, and implementation teams to drive process improvement and efficiency. Present insights and financial recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Lead in remediation tracking and modeling of device-level financial impact. Collaborative team culture : Finance is seen as a key business partner - you'll be looped in early and often. Cross-functional exposure : You'll work across implementation, services, and ops to drive real business impact. Endless learning : This is a nuanced, evolving business with ample opportunities to deepen your expertise. Leadership that invests in people : The hiring manager and team are known for developing talent and supporting long-term growth. Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000 annually. Please note this range is an estimate not including bonus and potential equity. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

What you will need :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or operational finance.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to simplify complex data.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
