Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Location: Temecula, CA
Pay: 19.75$ an Hour

Shift/Timings:

• Must be flexible to work 89 hour shifts
• Start times vary: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
• End times vary: 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM

Job Summary:

The Medical device assembler is responsible for supporting precise production activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires previous manufacturing experience, the ability to read and interpret technical information, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must meet strict physical, visual, and skill requirements to ensure safe and accurate production operations.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience required
• Medical device experience is a plus, not required
• Not accepted: warehouse, forklift, material handler, Amazon-style roles

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical data, and written procedures
• Follow company policies, instructions, and regulated processes
• Use microscopes for inspection work
• Perform basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Use hand tools for handling, assembly, and manipulation tasks
• Demonstrate proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
• Maintain accuracy, safety, and quality throughout work tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk up to 10 hours/day
• Ability to crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, pull as needed
• Visual requirements include close, distance, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Must pass eye exam
• Must pass color vision test
• Confirm any upcoming vacations/time-off requests during intake.
