IT Director Techno-Functional ERP Leader (Oracle Fusion Financials & Projects)
Oracle Application Labs (OAL) is seeking a hands-on ERP leader with deep Oracle Fusion Financials and Projects (PPM) expertise to drive complex, high-impact enterprise solutions. This role blends strong functional depth, execution leadership, and AI / ML-informed design thinking to modernize and scale Oracle's internal ERP landscape. This position replaces a highly respected architect and requires someone who is technically credible, functionally grounded, and trusted under pressurea leader who brings clarity to complexity without relying on title or ceremony.

Responsibilities
As a member of the IT organization, lead the design, development, modification, debugging, and evaluation programs for extremely complex internal systems. Provide expertise to analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new internal systems. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from $45.53 to $95.91 per hour; from : $94,700 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
