Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee organized tool and material management within our multi-division construction shop & yard.

This role is responsible for keeping the shop & yard orderly, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored, tracked, and accessible.

The Shop Manager will help maintain a smooth workflow by supporting daily shop functions and keeping the work environment clean and efficient.

Responsibilities

Manage, organize, and track tools and materials

Maintain overall shop & yard cleanliness and readiness

Perform routine shop maintenance and minor repairs as needed

Assist with minor vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs to support ongoing operations

Qualifications

Experience with minor vehicle and equipment repairs preferred

Strong organizational abilities and reliability

Attention to detail in managing tools and materials

Good driving record required
