Participants will gain exposure to product development, data-driven decision-making, and systems innovation that power our stores, supply chain, and digital experiences. This accelerated program combines hands-on project work, mentorship, and professional development to prepare graduates for full-time roles within the IT Product organization. / ppThroughout the 15-week program, participants will rotate through or work closely with key product teams, such as : / pulliDigital Commerce : Supporting online ordering, delivery, and loyalty platforms. / liliStore Technology : Enhancing in-store systems including POS, self-checkout, and mobile tools. / liliSupply Chain Systems : Optimizing tools for replenishment, logistics, and inventory tracking. / liliData Insights : Supporting reporting, dashboards, and data governance initiatives. / li / ulpThis program features an enhanced onboarding experience focused on corporate acclimation, including direct exposure to executive leadership, personalized mentor pairing, and an onboarding ambassador to guide you through your first months. / pulliProgram Start Date : June 8, 2025 / liliEligibility : You are within one year of graduation from a bachelors degree program (Aug 2025 May 2026 graduates) / liliLocation : Phoenix, AZ / liliWe are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation for this opportunity / li / ulpOverview of Responsibilities : / pulliAssist product managers and technical leads in defining system requirements and documenting user stories. / liliAnalyze data to evaluate system performance and recommend improvements. / liliParticipate in testing, troubleshooting, and validating product releases. / liliCollaborate with developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals. / liliSupport backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. / liliContribute to project documentation, presentations, and process mapping. / liliIdentify, influence, and document new process flows or materials for ways of working, customer journeys, or production support run books. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliObtained or be in pursuit of a bachelors or masters in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
