Security Officer - Flex

As a Security Officer - Flex in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location. Your presence will support a secure environment while you interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where teamwork, reliability, and integrity are valued every day.

Job Schedule : DayTimeThur11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
  • Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
  • Document incidents, observations, and activities as required by site protocols.
  • Assist with emergency situations and / or evacuations as directed by site management or emergency personnel.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
