Server (AM)

Essential Functions

• Greet the guest and take all food and beverage orders.
• Ensure all orders are accurate with requests and substitutions.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items with ingredients with relation to common dietary restrictions.
• Pre and post bus tables in assigned station.
• Always maintain a clean dining area.
• Responsible for receiving all payments accurately and timely.
• Performing necessary opening / closing and side work duties.
• Prepare food items for guests such including appetizers sides and desserts.
• Assist other servers with their tables.
• Ensure all equipment is in operation order and all supplies are up to par.â
• Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards standard operation procedures and safety standards.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
• Follow all appropriate policies and procedures while constantly striving to improve standards of operations.
• Adhere to attendance and reliability standards.
• Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Abilities

Job Qualifications / Requirements

Education : High School Diploma or GED equivalence required.

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience in hotels banquets or events.

Additional : Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs
