Compensation : $70,000$80,000 base salary + potential bonus

Plan2Placement is partnering with a growing and well-established manufacturing company in Lancaster, CA that is looking to add a hands-on Accounting & Finance Analyst to their team. This is a highly visible, onsite role supporting the Accounting and Finance department with a strong focus on costing, financial analysis, and general accounting support .

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, working closely with operations, and being part of a collaborative manufacturing environment.

What Youll Be Doing

• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with cost accounting , including tracking material, labor, and overhead costs
• Help analyze production costs, variances, and margins
• Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and reporting
• Assist with month-end close activities (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals)
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with inventory accounting and cycle counts
• Help improve processes, controls, and reporting accuracy
• Provide general accounting and finance support as needed
