Front Desk / Customer Experience Team Member

Small Fish Big Fish Swim School is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team at our West Palm Beach location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details:

• Full-time: 32 hours per week
• Hourly Pay: $14.50 per hour
• This position requires standing and walking throughout the facility, including the pool deck area
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday; excluding Thursdays (Facility closed on Thursdays)
• Must be comfortable working without shoes in designated areas

Candidate Must:

• Be an advocate for creating a fun, welcoming environment

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
• Love working with children and enjoy daily interaction with them

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
