About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations for Autism Services to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the strategic vision into operational execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant services. This includes leading the implementation of standardized workflows, center development, and performance management systems, as well as overseeing fiscal planning, data analytics, and cross-functional initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes. The role also involves fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, and leading a team to ensure the financial health and long-term stability of the services. Candidates for this role should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, with a preference for those with a background in autism, healthcare, or behavioral health services. The position requires deep domain expertise in autism service models, regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in strategic leadership and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and be adept at leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex projects, and driving strategic initiatives. A strong commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and a culture of service excellence is essential, as is the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
