• 24-hour in-house shifts 3-4 shifts minimum per month
• Average daily census of 25 patients
• Level-III NICU
• Work alongside board certified neonatologists
• Regional perinatal referral center
• Responsibilities include routine NICU procedures and attending deliveries
• Approximately 2300 annual deliveries
