Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to support a wide range of people operations and employee engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include driving recruitment efforts, leading orientation sessions, managing employee leave programs, supporting employee relations, organizing internal events, overseeing payroll processing, maintaining accurate HR records, and generating workforce reports. Essential skills include 2+ years of experience in human resources, solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws, strong communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexibility to support multiple shifts if needed. Additional skills include experience in employee relations, recruiting, HR systems, and payroll, strong customer service and data entry skills, and knowledge of employee benefits and human resource management.
This position is based in an office / manufacturing environment, with a shift from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM. The role requires flexibility to support additional shifts when needed. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, Kentucky. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
