Assembler - 1st Shift - $17 / hr. - Clean, Climate-Controlled Facility

Location : Woodridge, IL

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Shift : 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work? Staffmark is hiring Assemblers for a clean, climate-controlled electronics manufacturing facility in Woodridge, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and build a long-term career in production and electronics assembly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble small electronic components by hand in a fast-paced production environment
  • Pull caps, cut wire, and prepare materials for assembly
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to meet quality and safety standards
  • Work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

Requirements

  • 6+ months of assembly experience required
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive motion
  • Basic English skills (read, write, follow verbal instructions)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
