We are looking for Gen.AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team and help drive innovation through Machine Learning and Generative AI. You will work on cutting-edge projects, transforming complex business problems into scalable GenAI solutions, and collaborating across teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract actionable insights from unstructured text data, designing and implementing robust GenAI pipelines tailored to diverse business needs.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape, continuously exploring and applying state-of-the-art techniques, tools, and research to enhance model performance and innovation.
• Apply AI engineering best practices to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and modular GenAI systems, integrating tools such as LangChain and vector databases to enable dynamic reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Design and implement full ML development cycle : data collection, transformation, experimentation, model training, model finetuning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate internal and client business cases into machine learning and GenAI frameworks.
• Balance independent work with collaborative team efforts.
