POSITION TITLE : Accreditation and Evaluator Coordinator
DIVISION : Culinary Programs
REPORTS TO : Program Manager of Accreditation and Apprenticeship
DIRECT REPORTS : None
STATUS : Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Accreditation and Evaluator Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Accreditation and Apprenticeship programs information is current and accurate within the respective program database, communications between program points of contact and evaluators is accurate and timely, in addition to ensuring program evaluators and commission / committee members are current with mandatory training and certification requirements
- Site visit scheduling
- Program database management
- Evaluator database management
- Evaluator annual mandatory requirements compliance
- Administrative support as directed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and POSITION OWNERSHIP :
Communications
Ensures program and evaluator communications are established with sufficient time to ensure a complete site visitCoordinates ACFEF site visits to include evaluator selection, self-study timeline compliance, and travelSends group correspondence and related communication toProgram Database Management
Organizes and maintains accreditation files andMaintains school contact information in databases and ensures web site information is Website information is reviewed for accuracy 2x a year, February / October.Evaluator / Commission compliance
Maintains and processes evaluator related paperwork and expenses and ensures compliance with ACF volunteer and travel policies.Ensure evaluators and commission members maintain approved status and / or are provided with requirements to maintain status as outlined in policies and procedures.Reporting
Ensures annual reports are provided to ACFEF programs in a timely manner (60-90 days) to ensure annual program compliance.Annual reports are uploaded or updated within the program database within 30 days of receipt; programs are provided notification when completedAssists with materials in preparation for Commission and related meetings andAny other communications, database, evaluator / commission member and reporting responsibilities as assigned.
GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES
Act as ACF operator for the phone linesAssist with general office duties, such as mailings, scanning,Process all correspondence and interofficeHave knowledge of and become proficient in all office positions and be available to assist when needed in any capacity, including operation of all office equipment.Assist all ACF departments in a variety of tasks, asOther duties asCOMPETENCY ASSESSMENT STANDARDS :
