Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the client service model by assisting with benefit plan analysis, documentation, scheduling, meeting notes, and maintaining accurate client records and open-item logs
• Facilitate key processes such as preparing financial and benchmarking reports, supporting carrier / vendor marketing (RFPs, product comparisons), and assisting with compliance deliverables and benefit communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors while responding to client inquiries, conducting research, and escalating issues to senior team members as needed

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $60K to 80K per year.
