Overview

Role : Associate Creative Director (Beauty / Skincare)

  • Location : Remote or Hybrid in San Francisco
  • Rate : $70 / hr DOE

The Planet Group is looking for an Associate Creative Director to work with our beauty / retail client. This is a 6-month contract opportunity, either remote or Hybrid in San Francisco!

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative strategy, concept and execution for campaigns across paid, social, digital and in-store
  • Lead campaign alignment cross functionally and present to key stakeholders
  • Mentor and lead a team of art directors and designers, including delegating work to team members
  • Oversee photo and video shoots including on-set direction, ensuring alignment with campaign vision
  • Review and approve work across all campaign’s phases from concept through to execution

    • Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ creative direction and design experience working with beauty, fashion and / or lifestyle brands
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience a plus
  • Proven experience leading large-scale 350 campaigns and directing photo and video shoots
  • Experience leading and managing a small creative team, including delegating projects
  • Strong communicator with the ability to present to key stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
