[job_card.job_description]Develop customer-focused applications by building new features and improving existing ones Utilize the latest advances in machine learning and AI technologies to enhance product offerings Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create mission-critical applications Conduct rapid prototyping and iterative development based on user feedback Ensure core functionality is stable, scalable, and continuously improving 5+ years of experience in professional full-stack software development Expertise in modern web application components and technologies Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and systems design B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Experience using frontier-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) in production environments Previous experience in a startup environment or scaling a product / platform Familiarity with architecting applications within a monorepo
