What You’ll Do
- Lead M&A advisory projects, including valuations, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and deal closings.
- Manage both buy-side and sell-side engagements while staying closely connected to clients throughout the process.
- Build long-term client relationships that focus on trust, quality work, and measurable outcomes.
- Support business development through relationship-building and referrals, not cold-calling
- Mentor and coach junior staff while working alongside a supportive leadership team.
- Deliver high-quality work while maintaining a manageable schedule that values both client success and personal time.
