Property Administrator

​The job holder will be dealing with both internal and external contacts and will be required to liaise with staff at all levels:

• Vendors and purchasers
• Solicitors
• Estate Agents
• Tenants/Landlords
• Contractors

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:​

• Support the sales and lettings team with a range of administrative duties
• Preparation of new property marketing including portal listings
• Answer, screen and forward calls in a polite and professional manner
• Register and match purchaser enquiries with properties for sale/to let
• Complete legal compliance checks for new instructions
• Assist in the compilation of reports as required
• Type letters, emails and other correspondence
• Ensure that all work you do is compliant with the relevant estate agency legislation
• Liaise with third party companies to book photographs, EPC’s and floorplans
• Build relationships with colleagues across the country

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may be required to perform other duties as assigned by the Sales & Lettings Manager from time to time.

You will be based daily at our Head Office in Ringwood with office hours as 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00 on Friday.​
