Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to create sourcing strategies for assigned categories
Lead the category management team through the strategic sourcing process and oversee supplier performance
Mentor and develop category managers to enhance their skills and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
5+ years of negotiation and supplier management experience
3+ years of experience in a leadership role
