• Be a Safety Champion:Lead with a safety-first mindset, ensuring all projects and tasks meet our rigorous safety standards.
• Drive Innovation:From the ground up, design and refine manufacturing processes for exciting new projects. Get hands-on with equipment procurement, tooling, and coordination to set the stage for groundbreaking products.
• Boost Efficiency & Quality:Implement cost-saving measures and quality enhancements that make a real difference. Embrace new technologies, automation, and lean practices to elevate our operational excellence.
• Solve Problems Creatively:Tackle technical challenges on the shop floor with savvy and resourcefulness. Work closely with our Quality Department to root out issues and deploy effective solutions.
• Collaborate and Influence:Work across a spectrum of departments like Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure a cohesive and proactive manufacturing environment.
• Document & Standardize:Develop and maintain critical manufacturing procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and establishing clear, effective routings for existing products.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical), or related field (required)
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D, and MS Office.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD (required)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
