My client, a prestigious and award-winning organization with a 100-year history and four locations across the US, is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer . The salary is up to $75,000 . Located close to downtown Nashville, with paid parking, and is hybrid after training. Overview of the Learning & Development Trainer :

  • The Learning and Development Trainer will conduct classroom and one-on-one training and participate in technology rollouts with IT.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and report on training activity.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and continuous learning for existing employees.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on application updates for training-related applications.
  • Develop training materials and documentation for presentations through the web.

    • Qualifications of the Learning & Development Trainer :

  • L&D Trainer experience.
  • Ability to work downtown Nashville in a hybrid schedule.
