Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Supervise and guide a team of restoration technicians in daily operations.

Project Management : Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Damage Assessment : Conduct thorough inspections to evaluate the extent of fire, water, or mold damage.

Restoration Solutions : Develop and implement effective restoration plans tailored to each situation.

Client Communication : Maintain clear and positive communication with clients to inform them of project progress and address any concerns.

Safety Compliance : Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Equipment Management : Oversee the maintenance and proper usage of restoration equipment.

Requirements

Experience : Proven experience in restoration or a related trade is essential.

Certification : IICRC certification or equivalent is preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in using restoration equipment and tools.
