[job_card.job_description]Prior experience in a healthcare setting is required. Proficient in cooking and food prep techniques. Strong understanding od food safety sanitation and nutrition. Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately. Knowledge of operation of kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass a nationwide background check and a drug screening test.
Join our growing TEAM! We are searching for an experienced Cook for a medical facility located in Tyler TX
Rotating Shift : 5am-330pm / 10am-630pm Schedule : Monday - Friday rotating weekends
Rate of pay : $15
Position Details :
- Prepare cook and plate meals for patients staff and special events following specific recipes and portion guidelines.
- Follow all sanitation and food safety protocols including temperature control proper storage and maintaining a clean work area.
- Monitor and order food supplies and track inventory to ensure freshness and availability.
- Assist in other areas / or duties as assigned.
