Description

Preparation of all necessary products for Grill Market Sun Deck and of all breads muffins breakfast pastries desserts and other bakery products and cookies.

Pay Rate : $24.00 per hour. This is considered an entry level position.

• Supply all areas with necessary products for daily production
• Maintain all items at proper par stock levels
• Set up all desserts for banquets
• Handle all special requests as specified by Chef and Sous Chef
• Keep area neat and orderly containers properly labeled dated and rotated. Coolers need to be clean and organized.
• Proper requisitioning of all items for daily production
