We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join a dynamic tax team at a publicly traded company. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in navigating complex tax structures, partnership taxation, and joint venture arrangements. The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing the company's partnership tax compliance, structuring initiatives, and the preparation of waterfall distribution models.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's in Taxation or JD / LLM strongly preferred.
• CPA license required
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience, with a focus on partnership taxation and joint venture structures
• Experience within Big 4 strongly preferred
• Proven expertise in waterfall distribution modeling and complex allocation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
