Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time LEAD COOK position.

• Location : Fay J. Lindner Assisted Living - 50 Hauppauge Road, Commack, NY 11725
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Friday - Tuesday, 11 : 00 am - 7 : 30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare Food Service setting or equivalent required. Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Pay Range : $25.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
