A company is looking for a Credentialed Tax Expert (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using company products and provide full-service return preparation
Deliver tax advice and manage product / software inquiries while utilizing professional resources
Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions for accurate record-keeping
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days
Internet connection that meets security criteria
