Construction Materials Testing Senior Project Professional

ECS Limited is offering a unique opportunity for a talented Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Senior Project Professional to join our Ridgeland field services team and advance in a dynamic work environment. In this role, you'll successfully manage a variety of projects and collaborate with project teams from senior engineers to field staff to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Supporting the management of construction materials testing projects, including daily report review, collaborating with project teams, providing resolutions of technical and administrative issues as they arise, and training field staff on your projects.
• Managing and overseeing project budgets, preparing invoices, pay applications, and assisting with collection efforts.
• Overseeing the preparation and review of proposals and change orders for your projects; hosting or attending project meetings with clients and following up on reports as needed.
• Performing soil classifications and assigning laboratory testing.
• Actively mentoring junior project managers and supporting overall development of your team, including collaborating with other managers and internal recruiters to make staffing decisions.
