Elementary Teacher Aide

Trinity Christian Academy is seeking part time applicants for the position of Elementary Teacher Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. An elementary aide is a vital member of the elementary team. The Elementary Teacher Aide will give professional assistance to their assigned classroom teacher(s) and students. This assistance will include but not limited to supervision instruction and preparation. Heres an overview of the responsibilities and qualifications associated with this position :

Qualifications :

Evidence of an authentic and active Christian walk
Proficiency in an Elementary classroom
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to multitask and follow directions

Requirements :

GED / High School diploma

Background screening

Willingness to care for children under the teachers direction and supervision

Job Description :

Experience working with elementary aged students is a plus. We are looking for a staff member who understands the ministry of Christian Education works well with a team of teachers and willing to continue their educational growth.
