Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation. Good communication is key in this role. Youll rely on your reading writing and communication skills to document care follow support plans and collaborate with both internal and external team members If youre passionate about making a difference we want to hear from you! What Youll Do :
- Provide Hands-On Care : Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care meal prep transportation housekeeping and laundry duties all while fostering independence.
- Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment : Maintain a clean safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
- Mentor & Guide : Provide supervision positive reinforcement and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
