What You Will Be Doing :

The Business Systems Analyst, NetSuite is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes within the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring that financial, operational, and reporting needs are met efficiently. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into system solutions. You will report to the Manager of IAM / Enterprise Applications, and this is an onsite role located at our Everett office.

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to identify business needs and translate them into NetSuite configurations
• Customize NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) to align with organizational processes
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure data integrity, manage imports / exports, and support reporting and analytics
• Develop test plans, conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and maintain system documentation
• Provide end-user training, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a subject matter expert for NetSuite functionality
• Assist in NetSuite upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations
• Perform routine updates, patches, and preventive maintenance tasks

Final compensation is determined through a holistic evaluation of your experience, qualifications, and our commitment to internal equity - ensuring fairness and transparency across our teams. We are committed to fostering a fair and equitable environment in every aspect of our operations, including compensation.

This is an exempt salaried role.

Annual Base Pay

$90,000-$135,000 USD
