[job_card.job_description]Experience working or volunteering with youth, particularly from under-served communities. Legal marriage of at least two years required. Both spouses must be 27 years or older. Up to three dependent children may reside in the student home with you. Must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol permitted while on duty. Pet restrictions apply : only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to certify for driving student vans. Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services while adhering to proselytizing prohibitions. High school diploma or GED required. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Exemplary integrity is essential, as staff serve as role models for students. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.

As a married couple, you will take on the rewarding role of flex houseparents, residing in on-campus housing with a small group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include : guiding and nurturing students, offering a family-like structure, driving, administering medication, and managing home activities.
