Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals / South Brooklyn Health. Accommodating more than 250,000 outpatient visits, and more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine .

Responsibilities
- Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population
- Academic position which includes teaching residents and fellows
- Teaching position where day is split between direct patient care and precepting housestaff of faculty
- Clinical support staff on-site (Pharmacist, Community Health Workers, Dietician, Social Workers)
- Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
- Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
Qualifications
Wages and Benefits include :
Annual Base Salary : $205,000
The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $320,700
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
Additional employee-paid Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage is available for you and your family.

The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
